LenzWerk Monaco: German design excellence under one roof
Over 800 square meters, this private showroom, which is only accessible by appointment, displays "The Art of German Design" and offers inspiration as well as creative, individual design solutions and comprehensive interior concepts. Besides Walter Knoll, other leading German brands are present, including Jan Kath, Occhio, Burmester, Dornbracht, Miele, and Loewe.
LenzWerk Monaco creates tailor-made concepts for interiors. An optimal connection between form and function, aesthetics and quality is the focus of its holistic project management, as well as its advice service, which is individually tailored to the needs and wishes of each client.
Villa Nuvola: A total work of art
In Villa Nuvola functionality merges seamlessly with aesthetics. In a successful complement to the interior design, König Galerie Berlin is represented with artwork by highly sought-after contemporary artists. Works by Katharina Grosse, Jorinde Voigt, Anselm Reyle and Jeppe Hein as well as sculptures by Alicja Kwade make Villa Nuvola a real private art space. Business clients and private buyers alike can seek advice from LenzWerk Monaco or have a comprehensive interior concept drawn up: whether for an apartment, a villa, or a customized yacht.
Located in the Principality of Monaco
The building was created as a pilot project for the iconic high-rise "Le Stella", according to plans by the renowned Parisian architect Jean-Pierre Lott, who has had a significant influence on Monaco's architecture with numerous buildings. With its naturally curved, almost amorphous forms and a luminous façade of white mosaic tiles, the building radiates calm and elegance and looks like an urban sculpture. With this new use as a concept store for German design, which can also be booked as an event location, the aesthetic attention to detail now continues inside.
LenzWerk: from a lifelong dream to a living space
"Connected to tradition, facing the future". Ursula Seeba-Hannan, founder of LenzWerk, shapes the company according to this principle together with her son Jasper Hannan. LenzWerk is strongly influenced by her personality and her life: during her time as a dancer and stage designer, Seeba-Hannan was able to develop her feeling for space - and her vision for understanding and designing a space as a whole.
LenzWerk has gained international recognition by restoring listed properties with the utmost care. "Bringing LenzWerk to Monaco is my son's idea," explains Seeba-Hannan. "Together we have implemented many significant projects, such as the redesign of the Thomas Mann Villa in Los Angeles."
"People immediately experience appreciation as soon as they enter rooms that have been furnished with Walter Knoll. Together with Walter Knoll, a fascinating living space was designed in Villa Nuvola - individually tailored to the needs of our customers in the south of France.“ Markus Benz, CEO
