Vector administration building

The Vector Informatik administration building in Stuttgart is the first single project in the world to receive both Platinum and Diamond awards from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). The building was awarded the coveted DGNB Diamond, the highest level of recognition, for outstanding design and building culture. In addition, it also received DGNB Platinum certification for sustainability.

Sustainable materials such as glass, steel, wood and clay bricks characterize the 34,000 square meter building. The interior is furnished primarily with products that are regularly tested by independent institutes for material quality, usability, and safety, thus meeting national and international quality criteria.

In the open, spacious atrium, Walter Knoll Living Landscape sofas in anthracite, together with our green Turtle Lounge armchairs and black Jaan side tables, create a welcoming atmosphere. The canteen, which is operated by a 5-star restaurant, is also equipped with Turtle chairs and the Lox Table.

In the executive area, Living Landscape sofas and Turtle Lounge armchairs are arranged in front of the large windows, forming loose seating groups. The elegant furniture made of natural materials creates a high-quality working environment, and contributes to the excellent rating of the building. The DGNB Commission describes the result as a "soothing overall composition" that radiates "timelessness, generosity and a high level of value".
